Director
I have worked in early childhood education since 2009, serving as a teacher, cook, assistant director, and center director. My experience has taught me the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can learn through play, build confidence, and develop meaningful relationships.
I am passionate about helping every child grow at their own pace and thrive through strong partnerships with families. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and making memories with my family.
Laurin Croll
Assistant Director
I have worked in early childhood education since 2014, serving in roles including teacher, cook, administrative support, and now Assistant Director. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children can learn through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences.
My goal is to help every child build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and creating meaningful memories through new experiences and adventures.
